Before or After

I’m curious how you guys do it. .

When trying to set up a round, do you usually get the group together first and then look for a tee time?
OR do you book the tee time first and see who can make it?

Personally, I first find availability and then grab whatever tee time works for the most people.

What works for you? Any tips... ?
