Starting new into photography, Canon Sl3 or T7i?

Hi!

I want to start photography as a hobby, finally I’ve been traveling watching concerts and camping after years not able to do it and photography always caught my attention.

I live in Brazil so cameras are very expensive, after a deep dive into types of cameras I’ve found the two that are into my price range and it looks like they are what I looking for my needs, SL3 and T7i, for me they both look really similar.

TLDR: I’m looking mainly for photography of concerts, nature and traveling. I’m not interested in 4k video, 1080p would be more than enough.

Is there a big differences between them? I’m looking to buy a used one that has some lenses and no damages, should o just get the one with the better price?
