Technical or Community Connect consulting?

I am currently fte but culture is getting toxic. Im more of a well rounded tech (not ECSA but was printers/devices/workstations for go live, and have been primary technical person for Community Connect).

Im wondering where to find this type of niche role as consultant. Anyone have experience with this?
