Free cash banned me a refused to payout my $322 rewards

This is insane. So I see an offer for Crowns Casino slot game in Free cash. I deposit $100 and start spinning. I end up hitting like a $3k win, which allowed me to get all the rewards in the Free cash offer. After that happened to see a notice that my cashouts in Free Cash are banned. So I message support. They ask for proof of purchases etc. So I provide screenshots and even an export of my bank statement transactions. They review it all after this and just straight up ban me. Cant chat, cant cashout, etc..

I genuinely did nothing wrong yet they are accusing me of :
