Part 1 of my paranormal experience (its juicy)

OK LETS GET INTO IT

so a month ago (january 2026) i was doing this little fun thing i signed up for where you can go to epping forest. you guys know the myths for that.if you don't search that shit up.

i was having fun. Me and an assigned team was building shelters so i went like 1 minute away just to get logs and stuff.Tell me why i look to my side view and see a man.not a little eye trick

NOPE NONE OF THAT.a pure man.but it was like a humanoid figure. Tall,pale black short trench coat,black trousers and a white shirt. It got me thinking 'what the hell is that'.

So i look at it from my side view for 4 seconds and all i can hear is breathing and like someone shifting around slightly. My first thought then,and god bless me for it was "well is it atleast cute...?'

But jokes aside.I genuinley saw it.When i fully turned to it it was there for a good 1 more second then it left. As me and the groups walked around the forest it was there.Everytime we walked past that area it was there.

After i left the forest i kind of forgot about what i saw

But my aunt's cat who was usually so clingy hissed at me and looked behind my shoulder and growled.

Until 2 (febuary 2026) days ago when i felt someone watching me and heard thumping every night to a point when even my sister heard it and asked "what was that? and almost someone whining in my living room.I contacted paranormal investigators and i even searched up on every website i have ever seen and apparently i have a watcher spirit.

pray for your girl because i don't know what to believe.I need advice like quick because it's like babysitting an annoying quite terrifying toddler that whines when you don't give it attention.
