PFS and conceiving

Just wanted to post this in order to make you all positive. I am a PFS sufferer for nearly 5 years I got married around 4 years ago At the early stages of PFS I had watery semen and low volume. That being said my wife got pregnant with the first time breaking our withdrawal contraception method. Our daughter now is nearly 29 months old she is perfectly fine and healthy. However last year one night in August I had just a regular sex with my wife and it seemed like there were some semen leaking (not sure if it's the correct way to say it) and got her pregnant again. We had several ultrasounds until now and the baby is completely fine. I still suffer from PFS but there are some improvement over the 5 years. Here is a list of recovery percentage of my symptoms

Libido %70 Memory and concentration %50 Overall strength and lifting %90 Erection quality %65 Testicular pain and penile shrinkage while flaccid %20 ( the only symptom that I barely seen any improvement at all) Semen quality, viscosity and volume %(60-70)
