IPS 2400p vs Tandem OLED 2000p laptop
I’m considering getting a ThinkPad and there are two different screen options. One is a tandem OLED 120 Hz with a 3200x2000 resolution. The other is an IPS 60 Hz 3840x2400. The IPS has around 50 PPI more than the tandem OLED does so the screen should be sharper. The main concern is I’m worried about tandem OLED on a laptop, where I will largely be doing things where there will be a persistent desktop or persistent, browser window, and other persistent items. I’m not sure if tandem OLED still has the major burning problem or not. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
