Stupid question though: 5800X or 8400F? (the price difference is about almost 90€)

I wanted to buy a pc for 1080P, though I don't know if it's better to buy a 8400F or a 5800X (obs: the gpu I want to buy is a 9060 XT), I know that DDR5 is faster etc. but I just wanted to know which worths it more.
