Why are entry level salaries in big 4 so high ? (12000 yak?)

I believe that in life, nothing is free. So there must be some reason behind the curtains.

Also i know someone who started with them in 2018 with 9000dhs entry level.

So did salaries increase or people are just overinflating ?
