LLC v S-Corp
I have been in the S-Corp world for two years now as a small business owner. I am a one person show, no employees, because I don't need them. Last year, I made around 65k, this year, about 70k. Is there even a purpose to stay as an S-Corp. My biweekly payroll taxes are insane and I don't really know the benefits of the headache of the S-Corp.
Does anyone have any advice? I have been a 1099 and operated just off that for over a decade, so I understand the deductions that an LLC gets v. the S-Corp. I just don't know if it's worth it.
