People attempting to blackmail me.

I am already disabled so this is a rough one to handle. I 28M got into a rift with a lifelong friend after silently not approving of his relationship and not talking to them for a couple months. He and his partner then started a smear campaign telling all of my close knit friends about how I’m a groomer (I’m not and haven’t been accused of it), prompting people to block me even reaching out to ex girlfriends of mine prompting them to text me and cus me out. Also making fake instagrams about me and watching the stories of people in my life with my picture and having the instagram name related to my erectile dysfunction from being disabilities. What can I do in this situation as I have little money and lots of anxiety about losing everyone in my life to lies.
