ITA expired, need to move oinp to new profile

Hi, as the title states, my ITA expired on my previous EE profile. I had an Ontario nomination on that profile. The nomination certificate shows validity until next month or so but I haven’t been able to have it moved to my new EE profile.

I have updated the EE profile details on OINP portal and have even submitted 2 web forms to request moving the nomination to new EE profile. My EE profile still states “waiting to confirm nomination with Province”.

Can someone provide some insight on how to have the Ontario nomination certificate moved to new Express entry profile, after ITA expiration ?

I’d really appreciate advice and insight in this matter. TIA.
