help needed on buying a new monitor

recently my laptop developed a few stuck pixels in the center of the screen. normally I would be ok with it if it's outside of my vision, but these red stuck ones are right in my face.... (and yes, I ran unstuck programs for hours/days).

so with my last resort, getting a monitor to just plug in my laptop. what would you guys recommend for a none oled good high resolution gaming monitor? I have a 4080 in the laptop, so it can prob handle decently high res stuff. I know a ton of you guys will ask why none oled, I just don't want the trouble of dealing with bs and upkeep down the road. thanks!
