Need advice for running from home and where could I go

Long story short, I'm a uni student and one of my parent kept borrowing money (include using in gambling or something idk), I have saving yes but no income, and I have toxic siblings.

So one of my family could use government tool to search for people, and I am worried of if I change my phone number and leaves the place I will still be found by them.

Like the title said, is there any way I could get away without being tracked by my family?
