My car just got stolen. Best/fastest method begin searching?

My car was just stolen outside of my workplace in Jack London square. Parked in our driveway very briefly, ~45 seconds, car was running (I know…totally stupid mistake) and someone stole it within that window. I called OPD and made a report, they said it won’t be in the system until an officer arrives at my workplace to take a report.

Car has FastTrack

Called California Highway Patrol, they mentioned that they aren’t able to help searching until the OPD police report number is created.

Any advice for what to do right now to speed the process up and start looking?
