Converting Corjil Template to Canva?

I'm interested in buying a invitation template from Etsy but it's a Corjil file. I bought a Corjil template once before and didn't love it. I personally like using templates as the starting point of my design and customizing it and I find that limited with Corjil. I kind of doubt that the seller would be too keen on me amending their design so I don't even want to ask them about it.

Has anyone been able to do a conversion? Or has any workarounds?
