hey all.

so this is weird, or maybe stupid of me I'm not sure, lol.

this is in the garage, you can see this puddle of water. what you see at the top of the photo is the garage door. as you can see, its just a puddle. there's no small channel of water coming from the door or anywhere else leading to this spot. there are no visible cracks where the puddle is.

the last photo is a picture of the roof directly above it; there is a crack there but as you can see there is no water damage, or evidence of water, and where the crack at isn't even directly over the puddle. i have never seen water dripping from it either, or anything else for that matter.

this puddle appears every time it rains. what could possibly be causing it? like i said \[and as you can see\] there are no cracks in the concrete. i don't see how it could leech up from underneath without any cracks or holes. i just don't understand why it happens or how it happens? it's always in this same one spot, its always this same size. there are no other similar happenings anywhere else in the garage.

i am just curious on thoughts or ideas. i guess I'm mostly just asking because a) it annoys me and b) it annoys me that I can't figure it out 😅 plus I'm sure standing water like that over time could cause an issue right? even though its not constant, and just when it rains. it stopped raining about 12-13 hours ago as well, and i took these photos right before i posted this.

thanks in advance for any ideas, and for anyone that would like to humor me and try and figure it out 😅

where is this water coming from?
