Got a trauma from Ekart Delivery Fellow .Never again ordering from 1mg if they use EKart

I had ordered 8 IOGEN 200 ml syrup from 1mg and 1 Probiotics capsules 60 ,Hair nail capsules 60.And who know if 1mg vendor send all in big carton and EKart was assigned.And the day finally came i was eagerly waiting for big package so i wrote the otp in paper.And call came and i stood near main road waiting and as the delivery fellow came i gave otp without seeing if he had bought that big carton or not .And then shock of my life and a trauma that only 8 bottle he had bought with only that rought corrogate paper wrapped meand outer big carton he had thrown and only adress label he had stick in his bike petrol just to scan and he hurridly kept near tea shop near my house that cemented seat and went and 1 fell below and that time didnt' realied that 2 more capsules bottle are also in order.Also the delivery fellow said that forgive this time as package was so big so i threw carton and bought only stuff .I mean how dare you do like that it clear tampering .I should have not given otp .But shock and then called him and he said what i shall do with that 2 missing capsules they only had send and then in facebook chat 1mg and in website also 1mg and finally they refuned 704 rs .But it not about 704 rs it i was suppose to eat probiotics as my that old probiotics was over today .and can't order form amazon now as took late it might come afer 25 FEbruary 2026 .Any way missing that big carton and adress label for that only i had ordered through 1mg as amazon delivery fellow also does like that but he wraps that in return plastic.only Delhivery and bluedart EComdon't tamper with packaging. If the packagign was big they he could have taken another trip just for frew 10-20 rs petrol he threw customer carton adress label and all .and now what proof shall i show to customer care as 2 OTC medicine missing .I am sure that vendor had send all medicine that delivery fellow bychance had dropped in his house and send it back as return initiated later on i saw in website.something fishy is going on.Hence i dicided never to order from flipkart or 1mg if they use EKart as their delivery partner.Still i am frustrated.
