Where to start selling decants/bottles?

Hi everyone!

I've wanted to get into the fragrance industry and understand that starting small is not only practical, but would also help me learn more throughout the process. My question is - what are some good places to sell decants/bottles? I've tried r/fragranceswap, but it seems impossible to get customers if you have no rep/flair. Ebay requires any fragrances that are sold to be new and sealed, and setting up an actual site at this stage just doesn't make sense. I just spent around $60 on decant bottles/dispensers/packaging, so I'm hoping it doesn't go to waste.

Thanks in advance!
