The Sims 4 from Steam broken after using mirror anadius... what I am doing wrong?

So I have the original free version of The Sims 4 game from Steam. When the old anadius site was available I never had issues, I used the Unlocker and the Updater with success and joy, so maybe now things have to be done differently and that's why I am having this issue.

Basically I discovered that someone very kindly has taken the old anadius Updater and Unlocker and giving updates, so I downloaded the new unlocker and updater from the site (this is the site: mirror anadius cc). I followed instructions and since the updater was not updated to the last game version, I got manually all the DLC I needed. Started the game and it was fine, everythink perfectly working.

Today, unfortunately, I open my pc, started the game from Steam, and I discover with horror that the game doesn't launch. On Steam, it shows that it is in execution, but if I open Task Manager there is no activity. On top of that, Task manager crushes and doesn't show all the tasks It was suppose to be showing. Mind you, the day before none of this was happening.

I think I am doing something wrong. I tried removing everything, uninstall what I need to uninstall, but nothing changes. And the worst thing is that the task manager seems crushing for no reason. What should I do?
