Shadow government theory still popular?

Hi guys. So i wanted ask if the shadow government theory is still a popular belive in the conspiracy theory community. I'm just curious how all the stuff that happened the last few years affected the belive of the majority here. Corona, epstein killing Babys, Ukraine and all that Jazz. I'm not trieng to offend anyone. Just curious
