How much stool is normally present in the intestines, especially when preparing to douche?

As the title indicates I am trying to learn more about intestine health and how clean or dirty it is throughout the day. As my general search online has left me with a lot of questions.

My personal experience is that there is always poop in my intestine. I have never inserted my finger into my ass and not found a piece. Usually not even a Knuckle deep and i already find something.

So when I go ahead and do bottom prep it ussualy takes 30 minutes to do douche as it's actually just a lot of pooping thanks to the water making it easier to empty my bowels.

Is this normal? Are there people who can actually completely forgo cleaning before intercourse?
