Im having one of the worst days of my life. I think im gonna relapse on benzos.

I havent used benzos for 9 days but today is so fucking awful i think i might have to pop 1mg xanax otherwise imma just go fucking insane. I have some kratom i can maybe try to use instead. Please leave me tips to not feel so fucking awful rn without takint the xan. Really don’t wanna relapse but also really wanna relapse yk what i mean.
