What are your meanest momments in horror?

Psycological or physical, anything. Not just gorey or evil but something whete you are just like wow... what a dick.

My picks off the top of my head:

Art putting salt in the wounds (black comedy at the same time though)

Chucky taunting and plucking out a girls eyes for looking like her mothers (first time i routed for chucky to die after that lol)

Freddy using the needles against a recovering addict (this one just seemed beyond going for what scared her but to destroy her spirit, massive dick move)

Theres more and more extreme examples but that should get the ball rolling, so who is not the most prolific, sadistic or bloodiest killer. But the meanest bastard?
