ALT and AST (spiraling)

I am almost 4 years from chemo. So it cant be that. I had this spike in ALT and AST and I'm in a total mental spiral. Anyone else deal with this and did it return to normal?

AST 24 (up from baseline of 17) ALT 32 (up from baseline of 14)
