Separated And Now Re-entering Can I Keep High 3

Greetings, so I'm in a weird situation. I was in the Air National Guard for 11 years (8 of those as an AGR). I got picked up for Navy OCS to be active Navy. So I sperated from the Air Guard with my DD214 saying High 3 as my retirement. Well during OCS I had a family medical issue come up and unfortunately had to drop. I was separated with a DD214 saying Blended retirement even though I was never asked. I'm going to be signing back up with Air Guard but I want the High 3. Will I be able to switch back?
