Account got banned in first week, without any post or anything

This is my first week, I haven't posted anything, just follow/subscribe few accounts and my account got banned. Can you please tell me what's going on? It said it's said "Your account is currently suspended. Something you posted may have violated Substack's Impersonation policy." I have contacted them yesterday; it's weird; what did I do wrong?
