Is it worth using 2 GPU's?

I recently upgraded my Arc B580 to an RX 9070 XT in my gaming PC because I game on a 4k TV (A TV is blasphemy, I know). Anyway, I still have my b580 so I'm curious if it's worth throwing that back in to another slot, run my games on the 9070, but set up sunshine/Apollo to use the b580 only for encoding the stream. Is that worth the effort?
