Give me all your road trip tips!

We're going on an 11 hour road trip with our 2.5 year old and 6 month old. We're giving ourselves 2 and a half days to get there, and are planning on making plenty of stops.

Any other advice, tips, or hacks? Any cool toys/ideas to keep the kids entertained? Give me all the tricks!
