Oracea & Rositara for Type 2

Anyone had success with Oracea and Rositara on papulopustular rosacea or perioral dermatitis with papules / pustules? I’d say I have a moderate case. I’m 10 days in and think I’m experiencing die off.

I also use sulfa cleanse (been using for years) though less often now with the new prescriptions, gentle cetaphil cleanser otherwise, and La Roche Posay double repair moisturizer.
