Who can help my daughter use a laptop tomorrow morning?

Hi there, my daughter is flying home today from Austria but is stuck at the airport due to a cancelled flight. Unfortunately she has an important entrance exam online for which she needs a laptop with Google Chrome on it. We are super desperate and I know it's a longshot but is there anyone who might be willing to let her use a laptop tomorrow morning or knows a place where she can use a computer?

Willing to pay for it of course!

EDIT: we managed to find a computer, thanks for your suggestions!
