[US,US] [H] PayPal G&S Up to $20K [W] PSA 8+ Pokemnn slab lots, specific Vintage slabs (Masaki, Base Set)

Hi all! As the title says, I'm looking to buy lots of PSA 8+ Pokémon slabs, taking vintage all the way through modern, paying between 80-85% of CardLadder value.

CSV file with cert numbers/grades would be easiest but will also take pictures of slabs with cert numbers visible. Priority given to largest lots/discounts.
