Anyone else dealing with this weird buffering issue ?

Recently started using strong 8k via tivimate premium. Lately I’ve noticed that I’m getting this weird buffering issue where the audio continues but the picture is frozen ? Anyways to fix it ? I’m currently using nord vpn on the firestick stick 4K max.
