Is the new college stuff hidden in a season pass?

I bought 2k26 while it was on sale during Christmas and was waiting for the college ball update, being a huge KU fan I was excited to see what it would look like in the future for a stand alone. I don’t play 2k at all mind you. So when I loaded up the game i go to play now and was hoping to see the 16 schools just available. Is that not the case?
