Serious advice from senior to 10 thies who will prep for JEE/NEET.

Help (General Advice) :snoo_dealwithit:

Idk how to introduce here but fine,

93% in 10th, 90% in 12th, 99+ %ile in JEE mains this year, so kaam ki hi baat karuga.

I'm writing this cuz my sister is mad behind boards and she doesn't listen to me, maybe I make sense to even one person here.

Straight to the point

  1. CBSE boards ain't that deep honestly. I've seen 10s of 95+ % fellows in my coaching who didn't even clear mains cutoffs. Many who got 40k+ CRL in JEE mains, settled for mid colleges, most of these couldn't even clear advanced cutoffs.

A 85% guy is enough to humble you where it matters, thats competitive exam, not boards.

  1. Every month you give to your prep right after 10th matters. A smart student according to me will settle for 90+ % in boards 1, will not give a F about the 2nd attempt.

JEE is ruthless, the early you start, the more you succeed , thats it. I'll recommend NOT to waste your time in chasing 98+ like my sister and prepping again for 2nd boards, thats pure BS.

  1. DO NOT STRESS over any paper , Nor waste your time in discussing and crying over them, focus whats coming next. I was honestly so chill during my boards cuz I knew they don't matter.

  2. Just end your boards, and calmly get started with JEE/NEET prep. Don't wait for the results. Agar 85+ ke bhi chances ho toh shuru krdo pdhai.

Trust me, one month of building momentum rather than giving it to boards 2 will give high ROI. The faster you build routine, make plans, set targets, get comfy with the studies, you'll be way ahead of the crowd.

1 and 2 are the most IMP, if you have any other doubts (not TIPS), I'll help you guys out in free time :) ATB for your boards!

For Tips for JEE, I'll be posting a big summary of my prep on JEENEETards after may.
