How can I “bunt” my driver without a snap hook

As the title states. I can only hit driver swinging at 100% power. I have been trying to figure out how to lay off, or “bunt” it at like 80% as i would obviously have much better accuracy, but if i do this, i duck hook it like 90% of the time. i know that it’s to do with my hips not firing from what I read online. does anyone have any drills or anything ??
