Thieves on the Central Line

A group of masked men boarded the central line and ran at a couple that had harrods and selfridges bags, and yes obviously they took the bags and foght the couple for the last bag. Sadly they managed to take it off him then land a punch before making off.

Question is… why is this happening on the underground? i thought they done this sort of stuff streetlevel.
