Need doc suggestion for spine tumor (permanent solution If any)

My sister had a tumor in spine a few years back in her spine, it was not cancerous. We went for operation and got it out, now again that same problem is occurring and this time it is in her veins/artery(I don't know exactly) and the tumor has not reached the bone. Can anyone tell me any permanent solution for this? Any good doctor? Whether to go for operation again or to go to an ayurvedic doc? I'm thankful for any advice.
