Weird pits or bubbles under my finger skin? (Picture on my page)

There's weird pits or bubbles under my finger skin, they aren't really raised but when I accidentally pop them they leak clear fluid. There's quite a few of them.

I have hEDS and probably MCAS (it runs in the family and I get fluxuating allergic reactions) so idk if that helps shine any light on what might be happening :( it's freaking me out lol
