What makes a classical concert experience great (or frustrating)?

Hi everyone — I work in orchestral marketing and I’m trying to better understand audience experiences (not promoting anything, just learning).

For those who attend classical concerts:

• What do you enjoy most about the experience?
• What annoys you or makes you less likely to return?
• What would make you attend more often?
• Are there things orchestras should change (programming, pricing, format, timing, etc.)?
