Adem (delayed first payment)

Hi guys. It was supposed to receive the first payment of the uneployment grant (chomage) on 10.02.26. They told me from Adem , they havent received my tax card yet. Is it normal for this 10 days delay? Just to be clear, I have been already granted full uneployment benefits.
