How do I help my friend out of an abusive household?

I’ve gone through a similar situation as my friend about a year ago, I (f18) was happily able to get out of it. Though my situation was a little different to my friends since I had a child to take care of, my friend is on her (f18) own. Her dad is for the most part okay, but the women he dates are abusive and cause my friend physical harm often. She has Stanley’s and glass bottles thrown at her head. Her things get taken from her often and the step mother is constantly getting drunk. I’ve know this friend for years. Her parents call her crazy and delusional but she is one of the most sane and intelligent and put to get her person I know. She has had to endure so much. Last night she was at my door crying because her parents had kicked her out after having said they were going to take her to the hospital for behaving badly. The only issue is that her dad is scared to take her because he knows he might be caught for the abuse. She might qualify for the program I went on but I’m. Not sure. Does anyone know how I can help her and get her out of there?
