Does UI have any CSRs?

Any kind of customer service of any kind?
I don't think they do. I just wanted to check online if there are any resources.
It seems, in my experience, that our only option is to do live chat or a ticket, but that's not what I am looking for.

Maybe go on the UI community and beg for someone to help?
Has anyone ever gotten a hold of anyone at UI for customer service?
