Shopee Affiliate Tax Filing

Hello! I've been an affiliate since 2023 when I was still a student. I received small amounts of commissions ranging from ₱200 to around ₱1k per month these days. But when I first started, the amount was larger.

This is my question. Do I need to file an income tax return? I'm absolutely sure that I do not exceed ₱250k income. But I'm worried na baka mamaya may open cases pala ako with BIR. Thank you po sa sasagot huhu
