I NEED HELP - top SDRs are using outside software but won’t say what they’re using

I am currently a SDR in tech. I am struggling. I have been putting in the extra work since I've started. I am exceeding my daily KPls by 60%, but nothing is working.

The problem is that NO ONE is no where near hitting their quota. Except 3 other SDRs that are consistently surpassing their quota at 150%.

My coworker and I were having a conversation about how nothing is sticking (mainly me complaining haha) but he gestured me to the side so we can have a more private conversation. He then revealed that the top 3 SDRs (which are the ONLY ones meeting their quota) are using some kind of software that's outside of what our company allows to supplement their data. Apparently they pay for it themselves.

I was SHOCKED, but apparently they refused to tell him what they were using. Let it be known that I am NOT a snitch at all. I personally don't care what people do. If you want to cheat the system please be my guest, but I need to know what software it is or else I'm gonna be swimming with the fishes.

I'm 100% willing to pay, does anyone have any idea what that software is?
