Depth / width training and how to?

I recently inquired about BD toys. Now having gone down the rabbithole of BD toys, i would love to work upto taking the larger toys.

So i was wondering if anyone could help me with information for depth and width training. Preferably for both vaginal and anal play?

I've had a little success with vaginal by way of a small amazon dildo (2 inch diameter, 5 inch usable length) but it was a cheap toy and recently broke.

Anal wise its only been a small plug about 2.5inch in width.

Would love some assistance!
