Changes in body temp/ weather tolerance

Before I began being actively sick, I was always told I have off body heat like a radiator (hard to sleep next to) and was unable to get a tan as I would instead burn and peel.

Once my symptoms became active, I no longer radiate heat, can now tan and never burn. I'm also very sensitive to colder weather (it's 50 degrees and my hands are ice cold and I'm shivering).

Anyone related to this?
