help with ‘hello’ channel point redeem

a few months ago i saw a clip of a vtuber with a ‘hello’ channel point redeem where chat would save until after the starting screen and spam it altogether. a bunch of little stickers showed randomly around the screen for each redemption (all playing at the same time) and there was a cute little audio that played.

i guess i forgot to bookmark the video so i cant find the original and ive been trying to recreate this and haven’t found anything exactly the same.

does anyone know what im talking about? please help!
