I want to build a Raid Farm on bedrock edition, Who do I follow?

A raid farm is a big task, and one I've never done before. I really want those overflowing totems, so if anyone with experience knows a good, powerful raid farm for bedrock (that is 100% safe too) I'd love the help.
Wasn't sure whether to follow BlazedMC, Silentwhisperer, someone else; just wanna know the community's reccomendation, after hearing so many "fails" on others' raid farms.
