Starlight (Annie) from The Boys series is so fucking lame and so unnecessary

Watching The Boys for the last few weeks. I am now on S4E4. I feel like that the character of starlight is so fucking lame and annoying. I don't understand why she is important and needed! Do u'all feel the same? Let me know that I am not the only one.
